Sarah Prosser is the Capital Obesity Group’s life style coach. Initially studying at the New Zealand Institute of Sport in Wellington, her passion for health and fitness grew and she moved to Vancouver to continue studies through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Sarah’s personal training principals matured from experience gained working alongside a team of Vancouver’s health experts. She created and implemented programmes for some of Canada’s top athletes, including but not limited to: hockey players, golfers, soccer players, figure skaters, and wheelchair athletes. Sarah has worked with a wide variety of clients from people who had never trained before to professional and amateur sports teams and A-list actors/actresses.
Sarah has an astonishing drive to inspire and encourage others. She strives to help educate, motivate and support her clients enabling them with the skills they need to achieve their goals.
